I bought a cheap latex toning band which I broke whilst doing some possibly over enthusiastic outer thigh toning exercises. I'd only been using it for a couple of weeks.
I had been using trainers when doing the exercises, is it better to do them barefoot?
Can anyone recommend a decent toning band? I'd prefer a strip type one rather than a rope with handles type but that's got a decent amount of resistance. Thanks
