I'm 6 weeks post baby and looking for some advice . I was reasonably fit before giving birth , lots of long walks and lower intensity aerobics . Iv been back at the gym for three weeks and going to a Zumba class every week . Im wondering about an exercise DVD at home that isn't too difficult , I know the shred is great but reading the reviews think it would be far too much for me , any recommendations for something effective but not quite so intense , I don't washboard abs but I would like to lose the mum tum !
