DS is nearly 4 months now, and I'm well on the way to pre baby weight I'm eating carefully and in the gym 4 times a week, but my tummy just isn't shifting. I'm EBF so don't want to cut food groups out if possible. Is it worth getting an ab wheel/ hula hoop? My waist is fairly slim, it's just the baggy roll at the front
I would reconnend some pilates or core strength exercises - have a look on youtube channels or search Amazon for a cheap DVD with good user reviews. Failing this try sit-ups (basic and twisting) and planking after a good warm-up but do make sure you know what you're doing so you don't hurt your back or anything else. Good luck!
