Not sure if this is the right forum.

I am thinking of buying a slender tone abs belt, but as they are very expensive wondered of they are worth it?

Any advice appreciated.

They are useful if you so not have a big layer of fat between muscle and machine pad. Therefore, no good if you are far.

Do you remember Ulrika Jonson used to advertise it? She is the ideal figure for it, a low percentage of body far and after having a baby, wanted or tone up her stomach muscles.

It is not a fat reducing machine, it will however help to tone slack muscles.

Nope, not if you are looking for a replacement for exercise. If you want abs then you need to change your diet accordingly and do some hardcore ab exercises. Sitting on your sofa hooked up to a belt is not going to give you abs.
