I've bought the DVD. I am not fit and I have a lot of weight to loose. Eek....
So my questions are:
- I'm starting on level 1 do I do this level for 30 days?
- Do I need to do level 1/2/3 for 10 days each?
- Diet. Should I do anything in particular (was planning lots of water, low carbs, no carbs with evening meal and plenty of fruit and veg and no snacks!)
Am I heading in the right direction?
