Sports bras?

Any recommendations? I'm wearing Shock Absorbers at the moment: they're really good, but getting into them first thing in the morning when I haven't had coffee and don't feel co-ordinated is a bit tricky.

Does anyone have any recommendations for the well-endowed and klutzy? Something I could pull over my head would be good, but may not be practical. I'm a 28FF, by the way.

Alas, all of them require a lot of co-ordination I find, and a straight pull on won't give you enough support. I do have a front fastening bra which is much easier to do up, but I don't think its as supportive - fine for cycling or a 5k run, not for further. But that might just be that one

I use two good quality pull on sports bras (36E). My goal is to reduce the size so that I only need one! Grin Grin

I am not particularly busty but am just a very large woman all over so really need something from my neck to my knees but the best I have found is this It looks like something S&M related and my son says it is a good job he never saw it until his sexuality was fixed or it might have done some damage but it does its job

Thanks - I rather suspected anything that gave enough support would be challenging to my co-ordination! I bike to and from work so a front-fastening one would be good for that, but I was hoping for something I could wear when I'm doing my evil Jillian Michaels DVDs, and I do indeed need a lot of support for that.

I've got a Nike pull over sports bra which is fine for cycling. But I wouldn't want to star jumps or run in it.

I've had a shockaborber one which was easier to do up and then had clasp higher up my back too.

I'm the same bra size as you and wear an Enell as linked by Scousadelic upthread in size 00. It really keeps everything still and requires no coordination to fasten (which is great for me). It also stays supportive - mine is still going strong after about 100000000000 washes, whereas my Freya Active ones I love too tend to get less supportive with age.

Enell. It's not pull on but nothing moves!

Ooh, lots of recommendations for the Enell - I'd discounted it as I thought a front-fastening one might not be supportive enough. Does it always cost £££? I thought my Shock Absorbers were expensive!

Oh, love the look of that linked one. I recently got a shock absorber run and very disappointed in it, it has come undone mid run far too many times.

Yes it's expensive but mine are over 10 years old and still going strong, so in cost per wear it's actually the cheapest you can buy imo. Others generally have to be thrown out after a year or so.

Panache 80% less bounce. Best sports bra I have ever tried, and god, I've tried them all. I'm a 30GG and it firmly keeps them plastered to my chest......

I wear mainly shock absorbers but do them up and pull them over my head, is that bad? Sometimes even that is a struggle on a hot day...sometimes I wear two at once if have pmt. that booby doo one terrifies me!

I wear my normal, industrial underwired bra and a shock absorber one that does up at the back normally over the top.

No bounce; normal(ish) shape. Smile

shock absorber all the way. you can get the strap ones without mid back fastening if u prefer.
I have had a couple pull over but the support is pathetic and tbh I HATE peeling them off after gym all sweaty eughhhhhh much easier to clip free!
