I wondered if anyone has one or has used one with good results. I have recently come across one and it has no instructions, so please share your best tips for a flatter stomach and amazing abs.I have used it for the first time tonight and am not sure if I should have it as high as I can stand or build up graduallyThanks
Build up gradually I think... Or at least that's what I'm doing. A session a day, and I have to go two levels up from the day before. Let me know how you get on!
hi immortalwife, it was my first go last night and I had it on bearable. .. I will increase it gradually then. I must admit I don't ache or anything this morning. how long do you wear it for? Have you noticed a difference?
I do ache a bit sometimes but nothing bad. Its firmed me up after having my first baby but no waist reduction yet. I have it on for half an hour a day .
You will be better off actually doing ab exercises than just sticking one of these belts on......
