I like house and hip hop but will listen to anything really

bit of beyonce
Then just put it all on shuffle.

What about something like Pendulum or chase & status. I find the heavier the bear the better for running.
I also listen to a lot of trance gatecrasher/gods kitchen compilations in the gym.

Galvanize by the Chemical Brothers is a good one. I save it for the toughest bit of my run, so I dig deeper.

And Daft Punk - One More Time.

Muse - Knights of Cydonia. Just makes me feel epic and invincible.

The original Keane version of 'Somewhere only we know' has a brilliant beat to get you paced at the start of a run.

I like to run to dance. The Running Trax compilations are pretty good.

I find Halo is great for running. I feel strong and my stride increases when it's playing. (might have something to do with it being on the radio when I was pushing out DD2 last summer)

My running days are long behind me (8 years, in fact); but my all time fave was Grey Cells Green by Neds Atomic Dustbin.

...and Kylie and Beyonce. This used to be on a first generation iPod.

Contemplating running again, so will watch with interest!

My 2 faves are Paint it Black by the Rolling Stones & Cowboy Take me Away by Dixie Chicks - first one I'm practically air-guitaring as I run, and second one I'm away in a cowboy fantasy land... nice.
