I've googled. But can only find a diet book with replacement foods etc and I guess that's not it. Please tell me!
It's a fitness DVD by Jillain Michaels called the 30 Day Shred that some of us are doing. It enables you to sweat more than you ever thought possible with the promise of a body like hers at the end of it to lure you on.....
It is an exercise DVD by Jillian Michaels, called the 30 day Shred. Very effective, but hard!
