I want to go to the gym, I actually do but I can't make myself go.
I know I should (I didn't go yesterday - was working all day) so I should definitely be there now. But I'm not.
Why oh why am I so unmotivated today?!
Please, how do you persuade yourself to get up and run when you just can't be bothered?
Disclaimer: I actually really enjoy the gym, I don't know what's going on with me today.
