These are great. I just did a 30 minute workout, then an 8 minute lower back one.

I normally shred but wanted to excercise and listen to my own music.

They seem to have a range of intensities too which is great.

Oh yes, these are my absolute faves! I did the epic 1000 calorie burner the other day, felt amazing. The sheer variety is brilliant though, I must have done dozens of their videos now, without ever repeating. These guys deserve a medal.

Also Kelly's body is just ridiculous.grin

They are fabulous aren't they. Just what I am looking for. I did a killer cardio then a really nice yoga stretch. As you say you just never have to repeat a workout. I was always a shred fan but have switched to these.

Even if you only have ten minutes you can still do something.

I saw the 1000 cal workout, might give it a go this week.
