I've been through C25K, now running 7k happily 3-4 times a week. And in a moment of madness I've just signed up for a Race For Life 10k on July 7th.
Any words of wisdom on what I should be doing in the next few weeks? I'm not worried about time exactly, but want to run round properly iykwim
