I have been weight training for a few weeks and I want a recommendation for a good / short cardio work out DVD for my rest days. Not shred as I don't want any strength training as my body does need the rest (the weights I'm lifting are heavy, not 5lb dumbbells) but it does also need some cardio exercise.
Jillian Michaels banish fat boost metabolism DVD is more cardio focussed than shred. No weights are required, but iirc there are things like planks/mountain climbers and push ups, but i kickbox on my days in between heavy weight training and do plenty of those sorts of things and find it is fine. See if it is on youtube to see what you think?
