Have just started Shred, fortunately my stomach is in pretty good shape but I did the abs section anyway. Unfortunately, I have positional vertigo and can't easily raise my head from horizontal without major dizziness/nausea issues. Anyone know of any other ab exercises I can do as an alternative?
8 minute abs on youtube is great but you may find it too similar to these (i haven't done it in a long time whoops so cant remember), a bit retro but amazing. there may be some exercises in it you can use though!
