Tracey Anderson Mat Workout - starting tomorrow - join me?

Anyone starting or already started the Tracey Anderson Mat Workout. I watched it today (!) to get the idea and plan to start tomorrow after work. I reckon I'd be happy with 3 sessions per week (I also PT and run once a week) although she does say to do 4-6, but that's ALOT IMO! Anyone fancy pouting their way through a month of it? :-D

Hi! I've tried Tracy before and she's brilliant but I totally fail to actually stick to it.

I've got mat and post pregnancy and prefer the pp but only cos its shorter. I'll do pp if you do mat! I might try and do 4 days a week. And maybe start running again....

Wish there was a pouting emoticon! Xx
