TBH when I saw previous threads about it I always thought it was some kind of Mumsnet group
But I am sitting at home doing nothing whilst trying to find a job and I really need something to make me feel fitter, more motivated and better about myself in general.
I have spent all morning reading all the other threads about it and am quite apprehensive. I hope I can actually do the exercises.
I was going to do the C25K thing but I'm a bit scared of running, I'm not sure my pelvic floor is up to that just yet!
Any advice or encouragement welcome. I only have 2k weights that are DS's. Will I need lighter ones? Also what time of day do you all do exercises. Is it better in the morning? (after my dog walk) or in the evening? (when my teenagers will look at me in horror)
I'm not really looking forward to it!
