Any Body Combat classes Manchester or Dunstable areas?

I am passing through Manchester Wed night/Thur morning and then stayin till Monday in the Dunstable area.

Are there any body combat classes that I could go to? Presuming council run ones as I'm not a member of any club like David Lloyd and the like?

Or is anyone a member that I could 'be' them on holiday?
