should i buy a second hand cross trainer???

need to get in shape badly, but i lack motivation, I am thinking of getting a cross trainer, is it a good idea?

have you tried 30 day shred DVD - cheaper than a 2nd hand cross trainer

If you've got the space and motivation not to use it as a clothes hanger then yes, I think cross trainers are great. I must be the only MNer who thinks Shred is crap.
