Has any one done this and can anyone suggest a good one for a very overweight, unfit, unmotivated woman? I'd hate to go on one only to come home and go back to normal as I want to break the cycle of being unmotivated and lazy. Food isn't the issue, just my sedentary lifestyle.

sorry, Don't know about fat camps but i had an online personal trainer lady for 6 months and lost 2 stone, but more importantly learned to exercise regularly every week with my own motivation. I did keep a food diary for her to review that, but it was more about learning to love exercise and not fear it. It worked for me cos it was a longer term thing - it wasn't at all expensive. Let me know if you think this would work instead.

She's called Sian and her website is www.salad-dodgers.co.uk/ and its a straight £30 a month. She asks what you like and don't like, and won't make you do anything you don't enjoy, as its counterproductive. And she doesn't do "diets", just asks you to review your food diary to realise where it can be tweaked. I sometimes "go back" for a top up month, and though we never met, she's definitely a friend now.
