I usually run for about 1 mile and it is a real struggle the whole way - and then I walk home for another mile and a half.
Today, for the first time I felt comfortable running, and ran for 1.75 miles feeling comfortable all the time and only stopped because I thought I had run a long way - I could easily have continued!!!!
What is going on with my body here?
