I've been here before(this forum I mean).Dd is now 1.And I still feel pregnant.Am about a stone overweight.work full time.love cooking&baking.tired in the evenings.no possibility of getting exercise in lunchtime:it will have to b at 6am / 9pm.

Used to run/cycle/swim.kinda got back into it just before I returned to work but then endless nursery bugs for months and now I know I eat for pleasure/emotional.

Guess I just wanted an anonymous moan.

Cheers&any advice or inspiration welcome.

Can you cycle or run part of your journey to work?

Is there a Bootcamp type thing near you? They often do an early morning/evening session and would definitely kick-start the exercise regime.

Hermomminess, just wanted to sympathise, I've come to this board with the same problem.

I actually have childcare once a week for a full day but can never quite bring myself to use the me time for exercise, and seem to spend weekends cooking/shopping and entertaining...

Are you in London?

I have had a personal trainer which I took my dd to, it was fun but too expensive to maintain.

ATM I'm looking forward to dd starting nursery so I can join the local adults only gym and fit in a swim in a nice pool that way.
