Will there be an inquest when Boris' promises fall through and people realise there's no going back?

The out campaign was based on lie after lie. Already they have admitted the NHS money was a myth and there will be more to come on a daily basis. Surely somebody must be held accountable for these lies when the impact will be so devastating? Could there be an inquest?
