Is he the same sexist pig that's an arsehole to women? Because if he is then I will agree, finally, that we've royally fucked ourselves over.

I don't want an (openly, hostile) sexist prick running things around here, especially not since I get the feeling that it's going to be women that will be royally screwed over if he is in charge.

And if he is, I would happily vote for an independent Scotland back in the eu if that's what it took to get away from him. I wouldn't normally have such a change of heart but in my eyes he would be the greatest threat to the nation, not leaving the EU.

Not sure about the sexism, but I think Boris burnt his bridges with the EU when he compared it to a Nazi superstate. I don't think he will be PM.

Yeah go on OP. Vote to get the hell out of here. Why should we suffer for idiots?

valentine Are you suggesting Scottish people in general are idiots or me? You've not made it particularly clear, but either way I suggest you stop calling folk idiots and alienating them :)

Definitely burned a lot of bridges Book and if he is in charge of EU negotiations I think more harm will come of it than good

Forget the sexism & nazi accusations, Boris is crap with details, facts & figures. He'd be a useless negotiator. Gove or Fox could be involved, but actually we need a whole fleet of non-existent civil servants to do the hard work.

I never, in a million years thought that I would be sorry to see Cameron resign.

Same here Lottie I'd prefer to hate the smug git while he was still the PM than face the alternatives.

Corbyn looks like someone you'd want in charge, hard faced and strong looking, perfect for the uncertain future ahead, but I wouldn't take my chances with him either. I honestly can't think of a single person that's been put forward that I'd trust to pull this nation out of the fear and anger while still holding everything together.

I think we're going to end up a very split up UK, and as much as I don't want to leave the uk I think it's the only way forward for both Scotland and N.Ireland atm. And it's the Irish I really feel for, it seems like no one in charge of willing to take charge is actually giving much of a fuck about them right now, even though they're peace is very fragile atm Sad

Not forgetting this gaffe which will surely bode well for all of these amazing trade deals with the commonwealth and the US.
