Would you buy a house now?

So following the EU result, would you proceed with a house purchase.

We've just had an offer accepted on a house which we plan to stay in long term. Supply is low where we are and it's taken a long time to find something we want.

I get it's all very uncertain and we don't know what will happen yet.

WWYD?

Same issue
Were meant to exchange today which thankfully has been stalled so can make decisions.

Worst case scenario house prices happens we would be in negative equity pretty much straight away.

Alternative is to stay where we are in a house that is too small with a 2nd child on the way. As we were going to push finances and keep our house and rent out to friends of friends instead as we couldn't get it sold if we don't go ahead they could be homeless in 4 weeks time.

What a fucking mess

Same here due to exchange today. So, so concerned but any house price adjustment would take time, so it is not like we pull out and something else cheaper comes up next week. So unsure on what to do

Yes, life will go on as normal for a long long time.
