Is there such a thing? If not, how do you sign a charity up for this, please?

Ours go to CM for treasure baskets if that's any help.

There are very few companies that recycle plastic bottle-tops as I was looking into it recently. There's one in Portsmouth that charities can sign up to - but you'd have to think about how much bulk you're going to store up and how you'll transport them down the country.

Lush recycle them into new cosmetics pots. You can just take them into any branch.

THey tend to take larger donations from factories etc but it might be worth contacting the house of objects in north Tyneside to see if they are interested. They run creative workshops using all sorts of waste materials. www.northtyneside.gov.uk/browse-display.shtml?p_ID=224268&p_subjectCategory=812
