TAMBA Discount card Abuse

I know of a few women who are buying TAMBA cards to get discounts. www.tamba.org.uk/new-site-2012/members-benefits-landing-page
I had a look myself and find it unethical - I don't have twins and they don't have either. What do others think on this issue? Maybe families with twins don't mind.

The companies offering discounts are presumably getting business they may not have had other than through this scheme; they don't do it out of the goodness of their hearts or understanding/caring that twin/multiple babies are more expensive than singles. TAMBA gains through the membership fees, so presumably can offer more help and support to their members who do actually have multiples; they may also get a kickback from the companies involved, so that's a win-win. As for the parents of multiples, it's no skin off their nose, why would they mind?

Some of the mums i know who are using it are asked about their twins when buying stuff, then they go and lie about having twins. Feels sneaky to me.
