well. i passed my police medical today!

did it today and passed.

despite being very very late....appt was for 2.15 but the motorway was shut due to an accident..never mind. they waited for me! good job as id booked the day off work.

so. onward and upward! just got fitness test to do now - id better get running again now this snow has gone!
