i have to spend £2000 on 'stuff' by the end of the month or else the money will disappear back from whence they came. I don't need a new desktop as my mac is only 12 months old and i fab!

2K on new clothes -- you must be dressed for work?!

Or 2K on lingerie if it is not an "office job"

sadly not clothing although i do really need some new work suits!

i have an office job, but work out of the office too, so at a push i could go for a camera (no idea which one!) memory storage, laptop

so if money were no object which laptop/camera would you choose, obvious max budget is £2K! i'm quite fancying a mac book air but no idea if they are any good!

Although I love macs I wouldn't choose a mac book air, I've heard and read that they are not very robust and spill a bit of coffee on it and they are kaput.

Personally I would go for a camera, there are a few on the market which are good and depends whether you want a point and shoot or a digital SLR but you would still have money left over.

What about a car?

don't think work would run to a car!

i wanted a blackberry but unless i'm prepared to take the contract on myself then thats a no go
