Got an interview and have to fill in an occupational health questionnaire. One questions asks about taking any 'tablets, medicines, injections, creams, ointments regularly.'
Would this include my pill? don't feel its any of their business really as its nothing to do with my health.
Thanks if you can help

I'd say it's fine to leave that off if you want to, as it's not a health thing as such. There will be a legal thingummy on the questionnaire saying you must fill it in honestly or else, but as an employer I wouldn't be concerned about the pill not being listed.

I would agree with Flowery. Actually, the pill is normally specifically excluded from these types of questionnaires (e.g. in health forms for giving blood, company health insurance, etc). Odd that it isn't.

Those questionnaires are hilarious. I used to have the job of reading them once upon a time, and never ceased to be amazed by the extreme irrelevant detail some of them included. Bruised knee in 1987, had migraine 1992, that kind of stuff, and where there was any kind of...er..intimate medical situation, quite often people felt the need to give waaaaaaay more information than I wanted to have to read about!
