A question about toilets!!

In my office, there are 3 ladies here regularly and daily 6 blokes with a few manager who use this office as base once every week or few weeks, we only have the one loo, and the blokes are to put it mildly ...uncouth...gross etc...

is this legal under health and safety? TIA

HSE on toilet regulations here, including numbers required for number at workplace, etc

if it is a single loo that is sealed in if you know what I mean it can be shared, if there are cubicles I think they have to be seperate.

Aargh! BMLB you read my mind! My loo at work has not been working for 6 months. I gave my manager a deadline of having it working by today or else i'd look for health and safety leave. (The office hasn't been cleaned at all in that period either)
Can I call his bluff?
sorry if this message is whiffy!
