As title states what percentage of your total output do you usually work at and what so you think is usual/ expected?

Can you fulfill your required duties in your contracted hours - easily - by working flat out - by going over and above or let things slide etc and so on

About 113%. I say this because I do about an extra 5 hours a week unpaid. I certainly don't manage everything but i just about keep on top of things. I think I go at a fair pace, I'm slower than some, faster than others.

It depends. Some weeks I am working full on every minute of the working day. Other weeks I am not. All evens out I think.

I am contracted for 35 hours but work an average of 42 (we have timesheets too).
I often work through lunch and/or bring work home.
So at least 120%....

I could probably do my job in 35 hours, but couldn't do it well.....
