How to tell work?

I've got a new job. I haven't had a contract yet so it's early days but I Defo want the job. It's actually a lower band but I don't care. How am I going to tell work? They've paid for a course that's compulsory for the job and im due to finish it in a few weeks. Awkward.

Did you sign anything for the course. Make sure you don't owe them any money by leaving within a certain time.
