Looking for some advice please. I am in a fortunate position that I have a job I like and a manager that is committed to retaining me.
However, although I have been with the organisation (NHS) for over 8'years, technically I don't have a contract as my last role was fixed term and my old job description is also completely different to what I am doing now.
What are the risks of not formalising my new role? I think my manager would prefer not to formalise it as it may open a can of worms for him re budgets etc
Thanks
