TUPE pay protection period

Facing being TUPE'd at work. Getting mixed info from HR and googling not helped me.

Does anyone know how long my current pay and conditions would be protected after being TUPE'd to the new employer?

The are no set limits to the amount of time the TUPE protections lasts, I'm afraid.

Your salary and terms should stay the same but your pension might well be affected.

Indefinitely. Although new employers might try to "harmonise" terms and conditions later, this is not any easier than changing their existing employees' terms and conditions so you frequently find companies with employees on different terms for years.
