I rang up to apply for a job this pm, the lady on the phone said basically, I can't have it, because I'm not experianced enough. but she wants my CV anyway, because I sound like the sort of person she would employ for other things.

So, tart me up a bit!

I left school at 16 with 9 GCSE's grades A to C, had a lot of bitting and bobbing jobs - kitchens, factories, shops, waitressing. I sarted to work in elderly care aged 19, but left it at 22 to have ds1. Went back to the same place, gained NVQ2 in care, and was promoted to a slightly more senior, supervisery role. Got made redundant in April.

I am cheerful, polite, and well presented, and confidant talking to people I don't know. I run my family home on a strict budget and am very organised.

Make it worth at least £17000pa if you can please! LOL!

the job I applied for was a sheltered housing warden, so something along those lines is great.

When's your interview, are you still going to apply for other jobs.

How about

A perceptive, enthusiastic, and confident Care Supervisor, passionate about maintaining high standards of care for the elderly. Able to build strong relationships by effective communication and trust, and who can adapt to any situation. Strongly focused on working closely with staff, residents and relatives to share best practice.
