I'm hoping someone can give me some information, after a long wait on the phone earlier to the jobcentre i'm still just as clueless as before.
Both myself and my OH are currently claiming Income based JSA, he lost his job back in August and hasn't had any luck so far despite trying desperately to find something full time and perm.
I'm 29 weeks pregnant with our first baby on March 19 and my JSA advisor said i should switch to IS (i think?) But no one seems to be able to answer my question about how to do this and about the joint claim we have. Will OH Still have to claim JSA and myself IS? He's still looking for work and really wants to get back into work asap
Please, any upto date information/help would be amazing
