My line manager has been changed from a director to a grade 6 administrator. Does this qualify as my also having been officially demoted?
Also, suffering from stress from bullying at work I was signed off for several weeks. On my return I was pressurised by my line manager to meet a new Director and told I would have to take on the role of the Director's PA. There had been no prior consultation or information on this new post. Is this permissable.
