Going abroad during maternity leave

Hi,
Does anybody knows or has any links regarding the topic i am discusing?
Would i still get paid my statuarity maternity pay if i go abroad during maternity leave and decide not to go back to work after that?

No, my hubby is in the army and we are going there because of his career and will b back after 2 years.
