Farringtons or St Olaves

We are considering sending our daughter to either St Olaves or Farringtons from pre school stage. We've been to view both schools but are undecided on which one to pick. St Olaves is closer, the pastoral care seems good but the grounds are very small which is a concern for us. Love the grounds at Farringtons and they seem to be a warm and welcoming as well. Not sure about academically though. Would greatly appreciate input on both schools. Thanks
