Drawing on each other

When DS2 was in reception he was always coming out of school with his sweatshirts covered in paint, not just from accidental splashes but from actually painting ON each other and splashing paint on each other on purpose. Both of his school sweatshirts were ruined but I said I wouldnt buy him anymore until he started year 1 as they'd just get ruined again in reception.

Anyway he started year 1 in septemper and the paint on sweaters stopped...last week however he came home with a big red line down his white polo shirt where someone had drawn on him with felt tip (it wont come out so it's now ruined) and today he came out of school with his sweater covered in biro marks and paint where people had been drawing on him!

I'm not saying he's totally innocent either, I don't know if he's doing it to other kids too but should I go in and ask it to be looked at or just leave it? don't want to cause a fuss over nothing but I can't afford to be replacing his sweaters and shirts every 5 minutes and won't send him to school looking scruffy.

Talk to his teacher - that shouldn't be happening.
