Opinions Please! Moving during year 9

My daughter is not happy at her state school. It's an amazing school and is basically an open door for people wanting to get to Hills Road Sixth Form, where from there you go to the top universities- Oxbridge being very popular. She was bullied by the same people for 7 years of primary school and it stopped in year seven but has since come back. We are looking to moving her to Abbots Bromley School for Girls either during year 9, maybe for the last term of year 9 to settle her in.. Or school year starting year 10. We are in desperate need of opinions from other parents hopefully in the same situation!
