are there any OSH parents on here ? I have a few questions if you can help please

(21 Posts)

my son has been accepted at OSH for septemer admission.

we are going to be extremely stretched to meet the fees.
could someone advise me as to whether the school meals are included in the fees ?
also, what hidden extras are we likely to come across ideally ?

TIA X

Don't know what school you are talking about but as a general rule fees will not include:

Lunch
Uniform
School trips
After school clubs
School bus if there is one

And any before or after school childcare, breakfast club etc

thanks slow.
it is a boarding school and i cant find any mention of extra costs for food etc but will need to include it in budget if so

Is DS is boarding then extras will be school trips and - depending on school - books.
Meals and laundry included.

thank you juggling. had expected trips but suddenly panicked about meals.
many thanks

Should add uniform not included and sports kit for boarding schools is huge. Large name tapes help ensure it returns though! And but it large!!

Oops. Buy it large!

yes ive priced the uniform up and suffice to say we could have a holiday for less

thanks fo the name tag tip
and yes, will get it plenty big enough

ds constantly loses stuff so going to have to have stern words about keeping his things safe
