Vikings

Morning All

My DD (year 2) has a project this term and her homework this week is to find out as much as she can about Vikings.
We have been online to BBC and found out information there, but has anyone done this project and recommend any books/websites please?

Do you live anywhere near York? The ultimate homework treat would be the Jorvik centre...I will ask my web-savvy Norwegian colleague for any good Viking websites too.

Unfortunately am in Bristol, I did see the Jorvik centre but too far
