anyone know where the boys are going? latest is £15k per annum school in s.london....
BLOODY kindle messing with my posts
Actually that's a very good point, at my dc,s last school there was a very well very wealthy persons child and they had an armoured car and bodyguards for the school run.
Don't shoot me down but I think it would be very, very wrong for the school to be outed on mn. There are a lot of celeb children at schools everywhere and they all deserve to be be educated without the paps hanging around. Naming the school could also place the safety of those children at risk of stalkers and the like.
I thought they had gone to the same school as Gordon's?
Beckamz could the boys be at Wetherby School by any chance?
oooh nooo - couldn't be doing with David Beckham and all his tatoos.
No doubt he'll be gutted to hear that
slightly swooning at the thought of Mr B turning up at school gates
<<not our comp though>>
I hate myself for joining in on this but I had no idea they were coming back to UK. Where is Beckham going to be playing?
Or so I've been told.
Mr B is very handsome and twinkly in the flesh.
Brooklyn not in a comp!!
Please don't tell me Romeo and Cruz have gone private but they've put Brooklyn in a
comp!
Ds mate went all upper case on Sunday as Mr b was at his rugby club with the eldest[gri
Harrodian much more academic than it used to be. Day school competition is so fierce in London that it can pick and choose much more than in the past.
Jack Whitehall was at Harrodian for a while too, I believe.
Guess they wouldn't be as they would fall into different age-groups. Eldest is probably public school age, the boys are probably prep school age and the little girl isn't even nursery age yet is she?
Didn't Robert Pattinson go to the Harrodian School or have I imagined that? I always have a slight problem placing it as a smart London private school because of its trade (Harrods) associations (you'd never believe I grew up on a council estate!).
I'm not Mrs Beckham. They're not all at the same school either.
Well if they're looking at Pembridge Hall School for Harper (is that her name?) then I'm pretty sure that's near Pembridge Villas nr Nottinghill/Westbourne Grove so wouldn't have thought they would be doing with being stuck in traffic going 'sarf of the River' on a daily basis too. Although we do know a family whose nanny shunts the DCs across the River from Barnes to the primary school the junior Camerons go to...
Somewhere around Notting Hill
Welcome Mrs Beckham!
Do tell us more, Victoria!
Now do we assume this is someone being ironic or someone trying to throw us off the scent. If it is you Mrs Beckham, my DW thinks your figure hugging designer dresses are fab - just a pity I'm not a sleb to afford the prices...
Ooo really? I thought Harrodian made sense as was not so academic and v celebby.
Not that Beckhams aren't academic. In fact there's a good argument to say that the parents are far smarter, certainly savvier, than your more oxbridgey types.
It's not Harrodian.
Test
The Harrodian has a bit of a celeb clientele and as classes are small it's easy enough to fit in an extra desk, especially when you know someone's good for the £16k a year plus lunch money.
My old school used to play sport there when it was still the Harrods staff club/playing fields so it is forever linked in my mind with vile blue 'gym knickers', vile changing rooms and the hell that was Tuesday afternoon hockey
How does it work, applying for sought-after schools if you're a celeb then? I mean most parents returning from abroad with three boys of varying ages might find it a bit tricky to get them all into same school (state or private). Is there a VIP room in schools so they don't have to queue behind same rope as 'civilians' to get into this particular club?
I know round here, it doesn't matter how selective the school, the celebrity children always seem to coincidentally get through the 3+ assessment. A small celeb child named after a fruit, I remember, got through to v sought-after school and others who also did claimed that it was definitely because the girl must be really clever like their own offspring, that the school had no need of celebrity endorsement.
And I thought, hmmm...
