Need help baout french and mathematics

Hi,My 8 years old daughter goes to bilingual school in etterbeek,Brussels(Belgium) and she is in Priamry 3 and this year her mathematic is also in French and she seems to be confused this year....aboout mathematics...I can not help her much as I also do not know French.
I am sure many of you have similar difficulties to have this language tranistion because of shifting and moving from different places.
please let me know how to help her to cope up with this situation.thanks
