A Question for you Do you think A 8 years old should go to a co.op with a £20 note cross a busy road in the dark.

I don't let my 8 year old cross a quiet road in the daylight. But she has no road sense.

And I also wouldn't give her a £20 note because sure as eggs is eggs she will drop at least some of it.

In fact she once went next door to buy some eggs with £1 in 20pences and dropped three of them before she got there

we were sent to the shop across the road for our parents at 8.... but then this is ireland, never were paticulary pc! is it across the road, or a few mins away? by dark do you mean winter dark at 5 o clock or middle of the night when they shouldn't be up anyway? is there a pedestrian crossing or is he frogging it?
