How did you pay and what did the seller state about posting items.

Some sellers only post once a week. I generally allow up to 2 weeks before I expect to recieve something.

I'm in a similar situation at the moment, (see my thread "item not received gah!"
My item was bought and paid for on 18/05...I'm about to send another email requesting a refund....My seller insists she's posted, but she's got a fair few neg f/bs for non receipt....
Yours sounds sloooooooooow.
You can always reflect that slowness in your fb presuming you get your dress (and headband )
Good luck.

Raise a dispute with paypal (not ebay) - they will remove the money you have paid from the sellers account until the matter is resolved. Then, they will either return the money to the seller if all is well, or refund you if you have still not received it. Personally, I think waiting nearly a month for an item is taking the piss.

daisybaby, sorry for mini hijack, but is that what I should do too? I've never done a dispute as a buyer before, only as a seller and only once....

Well, I just noticed my seller has been on ebay this morning as she has left f/b for others, but she still hasn't answered my message requesting a refund so I've opened a paypal dispute....
Cheesesarnie How about you?

I think I'm going to insist on paying for RD from now on......
