Sold my GHDs on ebay and now buyer is saying they aren't working

Misdee brought them brand new from a friend and I brought them from her, they have been used about 8 times, and as I wasn't using them I sold them, they are about 15 months old and warrenty hasn't been registered. But buyer is saying they are not switching on after she has used them 3 times. I don't have to refund her do I? They were working when they left here and she has admitted to using them, so must have been working, but I don't know if she has dropped them or something do I?

I don't think you have to refund her, no. They were working when you sent them, they were working when they arrived.

she hasn't asked for a refund but I wanted to know where I stood. I told her to contact GHD and see if they will fix them
