with a buggy I bought.

I did meet her to collect but it was outside mothercare in the freezing cold and rain with my 2 yr old and newborn so I hardly got a chance to check it over, she just got it out of the boot, showed me how to fold it down and left.

It was described as 'good condition'

its not.

Trouble is, I did pay by paypal, as goods, but not through ebay because her ebay account she had imputted her paypal address wrong.

so i think im covered by paypal as its 'goods' that ivve bought.

She seemed really nice though so hopefully wont have any problems!

I don't think you are covered by paypal for not as described if you don't pay through the listing.

Whats the matter with it?

you should still be covered through paypal.

First you need to contact her and explain all the problems with it. Ask her if you can return it for a refund. problem with returning in person is that she could claim not to have received it back and thus refuse to refund. If you return it by trackable means she isn't obliged to pay the postage.

see what she says when you contact her and take it from there. think through every move carefully
