How long would you wait?

Long story short- "sold" item last Thursday....the buyer had been bidding on 2 items and had asked for discounted postage, which I had offered her if she won both. The first item finished on Thursday, I messaged her and told her I would hold off on the invoice as she was bidding on other thing which finished on Sunday. She didn't win that, so Monday I invoiced her for the first thing. Nada. Yesterday I emailed her and asked her if she still wanted to go ahead. Nada.
How long do you usually wait before sending official reminders etc?
(totally absurd, the bloody thing only sold for 50p!)

You have to wait at least 7 days before you can send them an unpaid item reminder. I do normally do this after 7 days so that i can get on and re-list it if they then dont pay.

Yes, open an unpaid item dispute after 7 days.

You can try calling her before that. I did this once - buyer won 2 items but only paid for one. I sent 3 emails, 2 invoices, nothing. She just did not check eBay or emails. She was a bit surprised to get my call but paid up.

Go to Site Map (top right corner of home page) > Find a Member (last column) > Find Contact Information (left column)

Plug in the buyers user ID and your item number. eBay will then send you an email with her contact details and her an email with your contact details. You can take it from there. Good luck.

Open an unpaid item dispute after 7 days. i usually send a 'reminder' after about 4 days.
She may ignor in which case you will get your fees back and she will get a strike.
Add her to your blocked bidders list.

please, please stop all this 30 days nonsense
